Adjacent to the new elevated rail line, this commercial Office development makes use of extensive views out to the Dandenong Ranges and Port Phillip Bay. The podium form is separated from the tower by a recessive slot containing the Childcare Centre, taking advantage of the large elevated ground plane between these two elements for external play areas. A play on the idea of movement and speed, the façades are visually defined by emphasising horizontality on upper levels, and verticality on lower levels.
